Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie

Here's a recipe for post workouts. Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie - The perfect recovery meal that tastes REALLY good!

Freeze bananas to make smoothie's after your workouts:

Take a few bananas out of their peel, wrap them up in aluminum foil, then stick them in the freezer. They'll take a few hours to become fully frozen. Freeze the bananas the day before your workouts, so that they'll be ready. Don't freeze them with the peel, they will be a pain in the neck to unpeel.

You'll need:

A blender
Vanilla whey protein powder
Peanut butter
2 frozen bananas
Cinnamon

Add 2 1/2 cups of water to the blender first.

Then add two frozen bananas

1 tablespoon of peanut butter

1 scoop of whey - Approximately 25 grams of protein.

Directions:

Blend the frozen bananas in water first all by themselves to help break them up.

Once that becomes liquefied, add the whey protein and the peanut butter as the blender is mixing.

Add just a pinch of cinnamon.

Once everything is added to the blender, blend for about 30 to 60 seconds, that's it!
