What's better... A morning workout routine, evening workout routine, or a late night workout?
Well, here's a question for you... What's the most convenient time of the day for you to fit a workout in? Answer that question, then just go for it!
Everyone must find the time that is most convenient for them.
Productivity should be the main concern. Do you get better workouts in the evening? If so, that's the best time for you...
If someone tells you that the morning is the best time to workout, and then you try it, only to find that you don't care for it at all, but feel obligated to do so, because someone told you that was the best time, you won't get good results...
Because you listened to one opinion that leans toward working out in the morning. That's what works for them personally. But if you don't enjoy it personally, why bother...?
What's your fitness goal?
If you do a lot of running, or jogging, you'll find that morning workouts are the most common.
If you do a lot of weight lifting for building mass, then afternoon and evening workouts are quite common.
Experiment. Only you will know what feels the most satisfying. And in the end, that's what it all comes down to.
