Question: Do I train right?


My age 22. I just started 2 weeks ago. Everything is new for me.

Not skinny and not over-weight. I got some body fat, but not a lot. I think im healthy. My weight is 61 kg and height 173 cm ( girl )

I am going to gym 2 days and after 1 day off, then again 2 days and 1 off. About 4 - 5 days a week.

I do running for 30 mins, burning 300 cal.
Different weight lifting for my arms. And some push ups.

I spend about 1 hour in gym, and then swimming.

I hope to get my body toned, a little more muscles, and weight loss.

I do use Whey protein after training.

Im working full time very active job, so wake up early about 6 or 7 am, and i dont have time for bfast ( i know its very bad) so my first meal is before 11.00 am. Im having fruit salad or Greek yogurt with berry compot, banana.

12.00 im in gym. After im having my protein shake.
Walking home, and 5.00 pm im having something cooked. Chicken breast, vegetables or fruits.

I dont eat red meat, white bread, butter, no sugar, no sweets. After my late lunch i go for a nap. I wake up and have something, salad or fruit, or very dark bread with chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese. I eat porridge with jam very often. I drink a lot green tea but i dont drink plain water at all.

I just wanted you to tel me your opinion about my daily basis. Do you think it will give me any results?

Answer: Yes. It looks like you're eating healthy, and are staying active. That's the main thing to focus on. You're on the right track.
