5. Increase your protein intake so that it makes up 40-50% of your calorie intake per day.

6. If you eat most of your calories in the form of complex carbs and lean proteins you'll burn fat quite fast while being able to maintain and build muscle.

7. Drink lots of water.

8. Make your workouts enjoyable. If you enjoy it, you'll stick with it, and if you stick with it, you'll gradually get results.

9. Try preparing a great majority of your food, so that you know what's being put in it.

10. Say NO to fast food!
