Question:
Is Force Factor all hype?

There are mixed reviews on it, and I would like to know your opinion if it's worth $50 or not.

What does it supposedly do?

Answer:
Is Force Factor all hype? No. People do, and can, get muscle building results and strength gains with Force Factor. It actually does have good ingredients.


They use:
Arginine alpha-Ketoglutarate
Arginine Ketoisocaproate
L-Arginine Monohydrate
L-Citrulline Monohydrate
All of which are great Nitric Oxide Boosters.

However...

You could buy L-Arginine by itself for under $20. L-Arginine is an amino acid that increases nitric oxide production, and is fairly cheap.

Bottom line
I'm not impressed with Force Factor unless the price comes down.
