You get your full complete workouts, with full details to each workout, so that you will know precisely what to do!

You will know how many sets, how many reps, and how fast to move the bar, during each and every weekly workout. Every workout will have something completely new to try. With this 4 week program you can't possibly get bored.

We will help you target every single muscle group, and every muscle fiber: Both slow twitch and fast twitch fibers.

Week 1, we'll help you build power, strength, and mass.

Week 2, we'll isolate the muscles, by offering more reps, more variety.

Week 3, we'll fully exhaust the muscles by breaking them down, and force them to respond, by doing intense super-sets.

Week 4, we will concentrate on fully sculpting the muscles, using very strict form, at high intensity. You'll be doing less reps, but focusing on intense contractions.

Over-all, this is a 4 week program for muscle growth that works. It's been tried and proven to be effective!
