Ways To Workout At Home Without Expensive Equipment



Page(2)Free home cardio workouts. Body weight workouts and ways to workout at home. Easy home workouts that do not require any weight equipment at all!

Dips- This mainly works the triceps (the back of the arms). Other areas, or secondary muscles that this exercise works, includes: the chest, shoulders, and lats to a small degree.
Over-all, dips are very effective!

Body weight squats- This is a great muscle building workout for the entire leg.

Jump rope, with or without the rope- By simply jumping in place, you'll be surprised at what kind of home cardio workout you can get out of this.

This movement is a very effective fat burning workout, and also helps work your calves.


Pull-up- This is an excellent body weight workout movement. Great for back and bicep development.

This movement does require some upper body strength.
So if you need help or assistance to help push your body up a little easier, then simply put an object underneath your feet, and assist yourself, by pushing yourself up slightly using the lower part of your body.

Push-ups- These are great for mainly the chest and triceps, and works the shoulders to a small degree. You can get really creative with these, by moving your hands closer together, for more of an inner chest workout, or you could move your hands further apart for more of an outer chest workout.

Fill 1 gallon or 5 gallon jugs- You can get really creative with this and do a number of different exercises.

Such as: bicep curls, shoulder fly, chest fly, hammer curls, bent over rows...

Warning Make sure the lid is tightly sealed and closed.

Jumping jacks-


Crunches- A great abdominal exercise that can be done anywhere.

Side Bends- great for strengthening the obliques,(or love handles).

Run in place- Literally run in place, and try to bring your knees up to the upper abdominal area. This is a very effective workout.


Shadow box- Simply swing your arms in a punching motion. You will get a great cardiovascular workout from doing these.
