Home fitness workouts, and body weight workouts! How to workout without equipment.

If you're on the road, and don't have any weight equipment available, or maybe you just want something convenient you could do right at home, why not give some of these workout ideas a try?

Push-ups with a back pack-To make your push-ups more challenging, simply add weight to a back pack, strap it on... Now do your pushups with added weight. You've just intensified your home chest exercise.

Squats with a back pack- You can do the same thing with body weight squats. Simply add weight to a pack pack, strap it on, and do your squats with added intensity.

Ice Cooler- Get a cooler with sturdy handles.. Put some added weight inside of the cooler, then get creative by doing bent over rows, or stiff leg deadlifts.

You could get even more creative with this if you experimented a little.

As you can see, there ARE alternatives, if you do not have a gym membership, or workout equipment at home.
