Question: How To Lose Fat and Not Lose Muscle?
How do I continue to build the maximum amount of muscle, while losing belly fat and love handles, with out jeopardizing my muscle and strength gains?
I have been weight training three times a week for the past 11 weeks... I have put on a big amount of muscle, along with an unwanted growing mid section.
