Here's what you'll need. 1 Medium Tomato - About 35 calories Diced onion - Approximately 10 calories Organic sprouted grain bread - 80 calories per slice Organic Valley Italian blend Cheese - 90 calories for 4 level Tablespoons. Garlic Powder Salt Oregano Seasoning Baking Sheet and an Oven Add more toppings if you'd like ---------------
Preheat the Oven - Set the Oven on Med Broil. We'll say this is for 1 person: 1. Get 3 slices of bread 2. Sprinkle 4 Tablespoons of cheese evenly on all three slices 3. Put a little salt, garlic, and oregano on. 4. Dice the tomato and onion (or any vegetable you like) and put that on top. 5.
