My muscles seem soft all the time

Question:

My muscles seem soft all the time, unless i flex. How do I get my muscles to stay hard and toned all the time?

Answer:
Work them hard, and feed them properly. Train with weights intensely about 4 days a week. Train a couple different body parts in each workout. Do cardio to help lose extra body fat. Eat higher protein; about 1 gram for every 1 pound of body weight. Get fluids; a gallon of water a day. Get enough sleep; about 6 to 8 hours a night. Train smart, train hard, eat healthy, eat often, and recover.
