What time of day is best to workout?

Question:

What time of day is best to workout?
Should I workout in the morning, in the afternoon, or at night for the best bodybuilding results?

Is there a particular time of day to do your weight lifting where it would be more beneficial?

I'm NOT looking to get super big or anything, I wouldn't mind just toning up a little bit, and maybe even get a little stronger.

So is there a time of day where you can get better results?

Should you workout earlier in the day when the testosterone levels are higher?

Answer:
That really depends on your personal schedule and which part of the day is most convenient for you. For some, that may be earlier in the day, and for others, that may be later in the day.

So really, you can workout when ever you want.

Most people would rather workout earlier rather than later, because if you workout earlier in the day, you have the rest of the day to put healthy food back into your body and recover.

If you're working out and taking care of yourself, that's what really matters most. The fact that you're actually DOING IT will help you.

What time of day you workout, matters very little.
