Never limit yourself to only one workout plan. Bodybuilding workouts should be changed frequently.
You should try to change up your fitness workouts every few weeks.
You may use one routine for 2 weeks, then decide to use another completely different routine for 4 weeks. It's totally optional, just keep it changing.
