Question: Bodybuilding - Just Getting Started. Looking for workouts, supplements, and programs...

I'm 6ft. I weigh 180. I want to lose some weight & I'd say at least 15 pounds.

What are some good cardio workouts to get the access body fat off? Then when I get to my goal by losing 15 pounds or so, I wanna start getting big.

I wanna know what are good workouts for me... I will take supplements, but I don't know what to take.

As eating goes, I eat three meals a day, that doesn't sound good, but between school & work, that's all I get in food wise.

Is there some diet foods anyone could recommend me? And when's the best time to workout? Pretty much I'm a beginner and committed to get big. How ever long it takes...
