How to build biceps... Build Muscle Definition Faster!

I am a 26 year old male and I have been working out 3 times a week for over a year. I have noticed nice changes, as in a thicker chest and bigger arms. But I want to know how to get my arms and shoulders ripped, not just thicker.

I do hammer curls with 50 pound weights, but that just seems to make my biceps bigger and harder.

What can I do to get them cut? The only supplement I use is protein mixed with a dose of creatine after my work outs.

Get the most out of every rep by slowing down, and by not using any momentum.

One strategy to use, is the Mike Mentzer strategy, which is to slow the movement down, and lighten up the weight if you have to...

So your workout set would look like this:

Barbell Curl - Approximately 10 reps: 1 warm up set, then 1 all out set.

Move 4 seconds up, hold the weight for about 2 seconds when it's in the contracted position, then proceed to lower the weight back down to the starting position.

Move 4 seconds up, pause for 2 seconds, then 4 seconds going right back down to starting position.

You can also super set biceps with triceps, which works nicely!
