An Easy Way To Do Cardio, In Less Time

Easy way to do cardiovascular exercises, AKA, cardio.

So instead of jogging, (because we know this is an undesirable exercise) do short sprints.

Jogging can not only be boring, but eventually, it could make your head fall off (just kidding). Do we have your attention?

Sprinting. What is sprinting? It's running over short distances.

So how do you get great cardio over short distances? Easy!

You'll be running as fast as you can, over short distances, and then, when you can no longer keep up with that fast pace sprint, you will then begin walking as fast as you can, followed by running once again. Make sense?

Run, walk, run, walk, run... Simple.

Running makes it so that your heart rate goes sky-high. Once you reach that heart rate, you burn lots of calories!

But here's what's so good about this:

After running, you will have a high heart rate even while walking. You will be maintaining a cardiovascular workout, whether you are running or walking.

The way to do this, is to run as fast as you can, for as long as you can. When you can no longer run, and you feel as though you can't catch your breath, you must then start walking as fast as you can.

Once you feel recovered, start running again.

You only need about 10 to 15 minutes of this. You can do this every day.

This is an easy way to get the best cardio workout, in the shortest amount of time.

So while every one else is running for an hour, you can do this for only a few minutes, and get a better workout than everyone else.
