Question: How to effectively lose the skinny fat look?
Hi my name is James and I am 18 yrs old and I am skinny fat. I look skinny overall, but have a tummy and a fatty chest.
I also have fat cheeks and a poorly defined jawline. I was advised to bulk up first and then cut.
I was just curious what bf% I should reduce myself into to have that toned facial structure and a defined jawline?
And if genetics is the problem will reducing my body fat solve the problem? Thank you!
Answer: A defined jawline is more or less genetics. If you wanted to help make your jawline more visible, fat loss is the solution.
10 to 15% body fat should do it.
