Method During Plateaus

Partials- This is an excellent way to help push your muscles to the limit.

The way to do these:

Do your workout routine just like normal, but when you get near the end of your sets, simply begin partially moving the bar using less range of motion to continue putting the muscle under stress.

Instead of bringing the weight all the way down, and then all the way back up again, you would simply bring the weight down about 50 to 75 percent of the way, to get in a few extra reps.

This will help push your muscles to work a little harder, and help you move past a plateau phase.

Use this muscle building technique at the end of your sets not at the beginning.

The point of this strategy is to partially work the muscles and continue putting them under more stress even though the muscles are tired or fatigued.

This will force the muscles to grow and adapt to harsher conditions.
