Question: I am 16 years old and have been going to the gym for about half a year now. I would like to purchase some supplements to assist my muscle growth.
I only want to purchase a protein shake and a multivitamin. Having said this, the directions read that the protein shake must be taken 3 times a day, 2 of which being before and after a workout.
As I am not aiming for the biggest body build just something to assist me, I'm not that keen on following the consumption directions. Also due to finance and time.
Would it be alright to just limit the consumption. That is, in my case maybe take a protein shake after a workout and a multivitamin each day? Other than the daily demand of constant consumption of supplements.

The supplement recommends 3 servings a day, but you'd be fine taking just one serving.
