Using Cyclone


I train three days a week doing weight training, and use cyclone in the morning and after my workout on those days. On the other two days, I do some high intensity body weight training that lasts about twenty minutes. Should I take a serving of cyclone on those days?

Are you referring to Maximuscle's Cyclone? If so, it really won't hurt to take it on all of your training days. However, the down side would be that you would be using up your supply much faster... which could really start adding up ($$) after a while...

If you aren't worried about spending money, you could use it on every training day. If you want to save a few dollars, use it only on your weight training days.
